There’s something about a perfectly symmetrical, perfectly rounded beach stone.
The weight of it, it’s like the whole of existence could fall down into that perfectly centered point. Or maybe fall up out of it! That’s why “grounded” and “centered are such perfect descriptors for these accidents of geologic history.
Do these amazing stones *actually* ground or center anything?
Not physically, of course, by psychically they do! If my mind feels drawn to focus on this one point of earthy energy, then the stone has effectively centered me.
Or, maybe, my mind has centered the stone?
Are we breathing the universe in and out or is the universe breathing us?

Meditator says
In the universe of no boundary, every point is a centre. This is often what I feel when doing meditation. I’m part of the universe, and yet the universe seems to have been drawn to me.
