You are rooted in bedrock.
You are connected through your breath.
You are set free by the sun.
I know you wish you could meditate more.
Maybe you feel guilty that you don’t get to it often enough or at all. Maybe last week you ate a bowl of ice cream instead. (Oh, no, that was me. Today. Ok, it was a mint-chocolate-chip Klondike bar, there I said it!) 😉
I really believe in the power of mini-meditations.
Every moment has the capacity for meditation. And I really REALLY believe in letting go of the guilt for not doing it more. Every single time you remember to come back to yourself and to mindfulness is a triumphant moment of connected bliss. Like my yoga instructor said, let go of feeling bad when you’ve noticed your mind wandering, only feel joy that you’ve brought it back.
